Order Cancellation:
We understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, after this initial 24-hour period, orders are considered final and non-cancelable as we often start processing and customizing your order promptly.
Returns:
Luxiono Lighting provides an easy and quick return in case of any delivery damage.
You can request a return only within 36 hours of receiving the product.
Returns will only be accepted for the following reasons: damaged product, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product received. We do not accept returns for any other reason.
The returned products should be in their original packaging along with the actual bills, price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Luxiono Lighting to determine the legitimacy and condition of the return.
Any products after usage in a damaged condition will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds. Once approved, we will either exchange, replace, or issue store credit (wallet refund) for future purchases.
In case of damaged product claims, a video proof is mandatory before any exchange can be processed.
Exchange:
Luxiono Lighting shall verify the authenticity and the grounds of the complaint. The replacement process will only be initiated if our team is convinced of the complaint's nature.
In case of damaged/defective/incorrectly received product, Luxiono Lighting should be notified within 36 hours of delivery by the customer. Luxiono Lighting should not be held accountable for failing to replace the order if it exceeds 36 hours.
Products should be unused and intact.
Luxiono Lighting will arrange pick-up of the damaged/ defective/ incorrect product via its logistics associate. In case of any unavailability, the customer will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in the respective area within one day from receipt of such notice.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Luxiono Lighting to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not fair, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
Once Luxiono Lighting receives the product, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within a day or two.
Returns and Exchanges for Defective Products:
We take immense pride in the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please notify us within 36 hours of receiving the item. We will promptly assess the issue and arrange for a return, exchange, or replacement as necessary.
If needed or in case of any suspicion, we may require a video call verification of the product before accepting the return request.
Customized Lighting:At Luxiono Lighting, we offer a range of customized lighting solutions tailored to your unique needs. Please note that due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer replacements for customized items unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
